Colorado’s Select commercial service programs are offered to and specifically tailored for health care, retail food and drug, educational, hotel and hospitality, apartment building and condominium, and general office and retail business establishments. EnviroPest is affiliated with Copesan which enables us to handle national accounts. Specific programs are specialized for wholesale food service, manufacturing and warehouse and distribution facilities. These programs meet or exceed even the most demanding expectations and are designed to satisfy even the most discriminating client or regulatory requirements.

Colorado's Select Programs

Below are the programs offered by Colorado's Select Commercial Services. They include services for the following facilities: GSA/Government, Restaurant, Lodging and Hospitality Property Management, Manufacturing, Health Care, Food Processing, Educational Facilities.

Colorado's Select Academic is offered to educational institutions such as day care centers, schools, colleges, and universities. This program is designed to minimize pesticide exposure to children and students. This program meets state law’s regarding these special facilities. Colorado’s Select Basic is our base offering. It is designed for smaller facilities with low pest pressure. These facilities usually receive a monthly service. Some clients may receive a pest management report, however, most will not. A Colorado’s Select logbook and the corresponding recordkeeping is not available as part of this program. This service is typically provided to smaller grocers and convenience stores, single unit restaurants and fast food chains, bank branches, bars, and more.

Colorado's Select Standard our middle offering. It is designed for medium sized facilities with varying pest pressures. It is recommended these facilities receive a twice per month service. All clients receiving this level of service will receive a pest management report. The Colorado’s Select Gold logbook and corresponding recordkeeping is an integral part of this service. This service is typically provided to retail grocers, health care facilities, large hotels and non food manufacturing facilities.

Colorado's Select Premium is EnviroPest’s premium service offering. This program is unsurpassed in quality in the pest management industry. It is specifically designed for large facilities that are inspected by outside agencies and graded on their pest management service. Facilities receive weekly service and at a minimum no less than twice per month service. The Colorado’s Select Premium logbook and corresponding record keeping is an integral part of this service.

These facilities also receive close Service Manager and Technical Support Team supervision (please see corresponding Premium client SOP’s). This service is specifically and individually designed for large to very large food manufacturers, distributors and warehouses. These facilities are regularly inspected by outside inspection agencies such as the American Institute of Baking, Y.U.M. Foods, A.S.I., F.I.S.A., Wal*Mart, HACCP, and others.

Reporting & Treatment Process

EnviroPest's commitment to unsurpassed quality begins and ends each service we perform. Options are available to all clients for detailed reporting that goes further than just paper. With online access reporting features of pest activity in your facility can be monitored at anytime. You'll have access to detailed maps of your facility, placement of traps & stations and observe current activity as well as invoices and Pest Management Reports.
Inspection: Your EnviroPest Service Professional will spend most of his time inspecting throughout your facility. Only after our thorough inspection process will our technician apply a targeted control program to inspected and predetermined areas of concern.

Communication: Our Service Professional will communicate his findings and actions on each visit to your facility. This communication process is crucial to a successful pest control partnership between your business and our preventative service programs.

Detailed Reporting: Each visit to your business will develop a written report documenting all of our activity in your business, a sanitation report. In addition to this report you will have access to your account and other information about the services performed to your facility online. Bar-coding can also be applied for further reporting access.
